I have seen reviews for the following schools to take microbiology online... please tell me which one is going to be the best option. Edukan, Colby Community College, Colvis Community College, Rio Salado, Ocean County College and New Mexico Junior College. Perhaps there is an option I'm missing?? Thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Your best bet is to look up the course descriptions of each on the respective school web sites and compare. What is important to you? Open entry and exit? Price? Scheduling times, number of available sections? Number of units, 3 vs. 4? Separate lab course? Check out the instructors on one of the rating sites to get a loose feel for teaching style. Not likely that anyone here has taken the course from more than one of these schools so they can provide a comparative evaluation.
Thanks. I guess I'm looking for people's experience as to which one they liked the most.

Do these online classes have in-person lab portions? Most nursing schools require lab portions of Micro, A&P, and Chemistry.

My micro had a lab as well so surprised to see it offered online but check out ratemyprofessor.com. I always look them up, esp for online classes.

I would check with your intended nursing school to see if the class from any of these places will actually transfer first.
