So I have three job offers in Massachusetts where I am from. I am 25. I currently live in Virginia and work in the float pool
One is in the Northshore its a level 3 Trauma Float Pool position. I LOVE the area. Its right near Boston and the beach and the hospital is very nice too. Its an evening position and pays the most, but the downside is it is VERY expensive to live is eastern MA. I would be just getting by out here.
I have another job offer in Central MA. Its also a float pool position at a Level 1 trauma center, but its nightshift which I have been doing and is exhausting. The plus side I could live at home with my family and save money for awhile.
My third job is in CT. Its not a job offer yet, but my interview went really well and she said she is going to check my references. Its a cardiac step down unit (post open heart, heart transplant, and VAD's). Its a rotating night shift day shift position. I would have to travel and hour and some for this one or live there. I feel like I would learn SO much here, but it is not my ideal place to live.
Any ideas on how to narrow it down??? I am so blessed to have these options, but I want to make the right decision!

List your priorities then see which hospital fits your bill.
-your happiness
-do you enjoy driving
-do you enjoy working night shift
-do you prefer living with your family or by yourself
-do you like living somewhere familiar or new place
The questions can go on and on, but you get the idea :) Good luck!
