Which class gave you guys the most fits in college and in nursing school? Organic chemistry is pretty tough I hear.

I've heard about the horrors of organic chem as well, but I don't think nursing programs usually require it (correct me if I'm wrong). I did have to take organic biochem though, and it was definitely not my most difficult. I had a great teacher, so it actually ended up becoming on of my favorites! Up to this point, maybe pharm, just because it was more memorization than I've ever had to do.. And my first taste of NCLEX style questions.

Chemistry that was harder then Patho, Pharm, and Micro COMBINED!!! Then again I HATED chemistry but I LOVE Patho and Pharm so that could be the reason.

Pharmacology has been the hardest for me. I got a good grade but I consider it hard because it is impossible to remember every single drug and to also know when to give it.

Biochem was my hardest pre-req...as for nursing classes, probably patho & pharm, although I studied my butt off and did very well in both!

A&P II has been my most challenging class so far, but my professor for that class was tough, too, so that may have had something to do with it. When I go for my BSN, I bet that biostatistics and chemistry may be the toughest.

Prereqs -- A&P was hardest for me.

Nursing -- tie between pharmacology and med/surg, worse when you had to take them together like I did. I die!

English composition--Required a tremendous amount of brain activity, which resulted in serious headaches.
