Where to start if the long-term goal is Psych NP?

Hello, everyone! I am in my fourth and final year in a BSN program in Washington state. I am really looking forward to beginning my career! I loved my mental health clinical on an inpatient psychiatric ward (state hospital) but I'm interested in gaining exposure to other kinds of mental health nursing. It is getting close to the time where we request our top 3 options for where we would like to have senior preceptorship.

If my long-term goal is to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, where should I precept and what kind of jobs should I apply for as a new graduate? I have heard many mixed opinions (which I am withholding as not to bias your responses) and I am curious what you all think.
