Where to look for a job 1300 miles away

I'm planning on moving from Florida to Pennsylvania in June of this year. I realize that I'm prolly looking a bit early for a job but I'm the type that likes to plan ahead. The only places I can think of to look at monster and career builder but the choices on there are scant. Does anyone have any hints on how I can look for a job so far away from me?

Background: I'm looking for a psych position (which I've done for almost 2 years) but I also have an ER background.

Hi!! I work at a great pennsylvania hospital. We are always looking for good employees. The hospital has a ton of accreditation, and is named one of Pa's top 100 places to work. Located in Western Pa, 2 hours North of pittsbugh. Where are you moving to in Pa? You could google "pennsylvania hospitals" and you would get a list of hospitals in Pa and their websites. Our hospital has the biggest ER in the area, and also has a psyche ward.

Back in late 2005, I was living in my home state of California while preparing to relocate approximately 1,400 miles away to Texas. I found a whole bunch of wonderful job leads in TX by perusing the online version of the local newspaper that serviced my new city of residence. Good luck to you!

on the left of the page is a link (United States) scroll to PA and click on treatment next to it. It will bring up the PA page and about half way down will be a link that will give you an alphabetical list of all the hospitals in the state, with links to their web pages. Then you can find any hospital you are interested in and look directly at there HR information.

Even better for you is that this is a psych leaning site.
