Where Is The Worst Place To Work in San Diego?

Published

HELLO!

My facility where i have been employed for 13 years just closed it's doors last week. I got a pretty decent severence package, & am planning to take the rest of the month off & relax. Next month, I will have to start looking for a job, & start all over again. I don't know exactly what it is I want to do, I know I am "BURNT OUT" from working with Psych patients. I don't want anything too stressful either, with "Back Breaking" work. Please all of you fellow Nurses, Where do You Recommend THAT I NOT APPLY For the reasons mentioned above? What about Kaiser? I have heard quite a bit of Negative things about it. Has anyone ever worked at CASA de Las Campanas in Rancho Bernardo, or The Springs in La Jolla? I have thought about applying to these facilities. Please share with me any place that you would definately NOT RECOMMEND, as well as your experience with that facility. All of your Honest Opinions Would Be Greatly Appreciated. ALL REPLIES WELCOME & STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL! Thanks In Advance!:balloons:;)
