Does anyone know where to find an all white pair of Nike Shox? I'm entering Nursing School in January and cannot find them anywhere!

I find Eastbay helpful. There were two SHOX I had my eye on...
Nike Shox NZ SL SI - Women's - Sport Inspired - Shoes - White/White/Metallic Silver
Nike Shox Turbo +11 - Women's - Running - Shoes - White/Cool Grey/Neutral Grey/Metallic Silver

I found a pair at Lady Foot Locker...I bet the non-Lady version of Foot Locker carries them too.

I got all my all white Nike Shox in the mall shoe stores. Footlocker was one place (Lady Footlocker). Nike also has a website that you can "design" your own Shox.
My Shox were on my feet from 4am until about 11pm..very very comfortable!

The only concern I have about the Shox is how high is the arch in them, and will it work for low arch feet. Since I couldn't find any Shox in anything close to my size to try on, I won't know until I receive the pair that I mail-ordered. Of the ones that I tried in the stores (2 sizes too big), the insole seems to lack the amount of cushioning that I prefer. And I suspect that the arch reinforcement might dig into my low arches.
The all-white has been discontinued, it appears. I ordered a mostly white model called Conundrum. We can have a little discrete color on shoes, like a logo, or the sole, but at a glance they should be white shoes.
If the arch support is high and also stiff, it might be possible to pad a rubber mallet and beat on the shoe's arch a while to soften it up enough to make it conform to a lower arch. Skaters to that to skates, so it probably works on other footwear, too, haha.
I found, to my dismay, that all-leather white running shoes are what I really need. The running shoe footbed and the higher heels are exactly what fits me. And nobody makes a leather running shoe, except for the Shox. I have never met a walking shoe that I liked, ever. All walking shoes feel too flat and too wide and too uncomfortable to me. Running shoes feel best, and running-oriented cross trainers are 2nd, and the actual nursing shoes, I have found to lack both padding and foot support compared to running shoes.
Easy Spirit Anti Gravity Mach 100 is another one I have ordered to try. They are marked down to $50 at easyspirit.com, and I liked the one I tried at Penney's, but they don't stock them small enough to fit me.

This is probably too late of an answer, but I found all white Nike Shocks at Hibbet's sporting goods.
