Hi there well I am finally almost done with my RN program. I have two tests left and then my preceptor. I was curious is anyone knew how to find new grad programs at hospitals. I am from Colorado and anything would help me. Thank you all. 0 Likes
SiennaGreen Feb 28, 2009 First, check with the hospitals HR....then you may have to chase them down. Are they offered at regular times of the year? Do you have someone at your school that is a career coach, et cet? Were any of your clinical instructors impresssed? Ask them. I would probably suggest (especially if spots are sparse) not counting on your fellow students to guide you. You will likely have to take some initiative and be creative and from what I hear, you best start now because new grad positions can fill quickly.Good luck! 0 Likes
