I have a bunch of old posters from the previous nurse. And then I got free posters from USDA, a few from my public health, and some print outs that I laminated. Definitely not high class decorations. :)

I gave my children, nieces and nephews a canvas paint about 5 years ago and let them paint whatever they wanted on it. They have made great artwork for my Nurse's Office. They are bright and cheerful and perfect for an elementary school and it was an inexpensive way to decorate. Everyone comments on them.
I also have art from the kids. Outgoing seniors mostly. I live it.

I used to make boards every month at my last school, but not at this one. Too much to do, too little time. I do miss making them, they brightened up my office and the kiddo's loved them.

I have some fun posters about healthy snacks, hand hygiene, physical activity, sun safety and kindness. My mom bought them for me when I got the job. They are so cute and I get lots of compliments.
There were some decorations in the closet when I started last year so I used them, mostly stuff from the USDA. I hang art from students on my wall too, last year the kids called it "the gallery" because by June I had quite a collection!

I have normal posters around from the last medical aide, but I have pictures of my kids and their drawings on the walls.
This is a bulletin board I made. This month is hand-washing, next one will be dental and Halloween related. The tooth up there is the tooth fairy club, I haven't put the letters up yet, but each time a kid looses a tooth, I put their name and grade and keep it there all month.
Sorry about the pictures, I'm having trouble fixing it right now.

I have a vintage print on the door of my clinic that is a photo taken in New York City, sometime in the 1930's. The photo shows a uniformed nurse in a white dress and cap, examining the throat of a little boy. They are seated at a table, on top of which is a tray filled with old glass medicine bottles. The nurse has a stack of hand-written cards on the table before her. I have ordered another print, a World War 2 recruiting poster, that shows a uniformed nurse with a solemn expression. Below the nurse is a caption that reads "Nurses Are Needed Now! U.S. Army Nurse Corps." It gives instructions for nurses age 45 or younger to write to the army for information.
Oh, I did buy this one though: Amazon.com: Human Body Education Poster Print, 24x36 Collections Poster Print, 24x36: Poster Of Body Human: Posters & Prints
I really like it!
