This September I will be starting an LPN program that will allow me to get my LPN in 12 months. I just wanted to know from some past nursing students how difficult it was for you and any adjustments and changes you may have had to make to help you adapt to being a student. PLENTY OF DETAIL PREFERRED. I'd like to know in detail how it is and how to know if imthis september i will be starting an lpn program that will allow me to get my lpn in 12 months. i just wanted to know from some past nursing students how difficult it was for you and any adjustments and changes you may have had to make to help you ad ready for it. thanks!!

I too am starting a 11 month lpn program. I started last sept and failed my final by 2 points and got the boot!! So I am starting all over again in September. They are accelerated programs therefore everything is thrown aat you quick with not much time to take it in. I would def suggest reading up on A&P !. Know each body system. Some are not so bad and some are hard! Idk exactly what ur program will be like but that is what I have been doing to prepare to go back.
If you know your A&P when you get to Med surge it will be easy.
Also basic math for pharmacology. These will help I prepare.
