so i just took NCLEX and I feel pretty dumb right now I was wondering what is supposd to be the higher level questions? is it priority, infection control, delegation.... please help im going nuts:banghead:

so i just took NCLEX and I feel pretty dumb right now I was wondering what is supposd to be the higher level questions? is it priority, infection control, delegation.... please help im going nuts:banghead:

When I took the exam it was priority and delegating. Like for example, who would the nurse see first at the beginning of shift, and of highest priority who would you see first? Consider ABC rule and any increasing of symptoms or a major change a patient could potentially have during or at the beginning of a shift.
