NursePati87 Nov 13, 2010 Hi HeatherGurl84,Im not sure if a peer interview is the same as a panel interview (with HR, charge nurse, nurse manager, and nursing director) because I've gone through one before...the type of questions they asked me are the following....1)Why do you want to work here?2)What is your idea of excellent customer service? (of course you have to apply this to nursing)3)Have you ever had to make a difficult decision on your own?4)Have you ever dealt with a difficult person?5)Whats your 5 year plan?6)If a physician asked you to perform an A-line what would you do?I think that's all I can remember for now but I hope this helps :) 0 Likes
