What questions to ask at the end of the interview?

At the end of most interview employers always ask, "So what questions do you have for us?" I heard that if you don't have questions that it could count against you. What would be some good questions to ask?

What is the annual voluntary departure turn over rate?

This will tell you how many people quit aka is this a good place to work

Thank you!

Ask questions about the patient population, services available for them, etc. Show that you care about the patients and will be concerned for their welfare.

Ask about the orientation program and types of on-going education available after orientation. Show an interest in learning.

Ask what it is about the job/work environment that the staff like. What makes them happy in their work? If the interviewing can't think of anything nice to say about the job ... that's a bad sign.
