What does platelet aggregation mean always used in regards to NSAIDS?

NSAIDs block COX1 or COX2, or both. COX1 leads to thromboxane formation, which causes platelet adhesion and aggregation (makes them sticky). NSAIDs block this. I don't know what the other thing you mentioned means.
