Nasal Cannula:24-44%
Face Mask: 40-60%
Partial Rebreather:60-75%
Non-Rebreather:80-95%
Venturi Mask: 24-55%
Aerosol mask, face tent, T-Piece: 24%-100%
Question is: These percentages, are they the total FiO2 the patient is getting INCLUDING ROOM AIR?
Thanks.

My understanding is that RA is included for a nasal cannula. The first liter of oxygen adds 3% to the 21% room air, and then it goes up by 4% each liter up to 6. The underlying logic gets more complicated when you start thinking about recirculating exhaled air or making a tight seal to shut out room air, but the percentages you've posted are what you generally want to know when understanding oxygen therapy.

If not, then you'd add 21% to each number and have FiO2 > 100% which is impossible.
