Not a regularly used abreviation in homecare.
Because of all the varations these days, why JCAHO is requesting standard abreaviation list used in organziation and minimize use initials.
Beside little old lady, laughing out loud....stumped.
Sure it's not poorly written LUL = left upper lobe (lung)?

CMS uses it to mean limitiations on liablility - issues around the new HHABN.
