What to know about the Endocrine System?

I am studying for the TEAS test and I am wondering how in-depth do I need to know the endocrine system? Do I need to know the hormones produced and released in each system? For example, hypothalamus-TRH,GHRH,GHIH, or Liver-Insulin-like growth, angiotensin...ect.
