What ICU experience will help me get into school?

I currently work in a pediatric ICU at a large teaching hospital. I feel like I have a lot of experience (invasive lines, ventilators, code meds, vasopressors, etc.) that would allow me to be successful in CRNA school. I have an opportunity to switch to an adult MICU. It's a bit of a hassle and inconvenient timing but my question is will adding adult ICU experience to my resume make a big difference for me getting into school?
