Hello all.I have been trying to apply to any nurse review position, such as concurrent, case manager, chart review, but all companies said I don't have the experience. I am a fast learner and very task oriented nurse since 2002 and I know if I am giving a chance and with guidance, I can be great at those kind of jobs. I have a disability and really do need those kind of jobs because I am not able to do floor nurse anymore. Please direct me what to do now.Thank you.

Jan 18, 2016 Perhaps you are not the problem...perhaps your location is the limiting factor. I was recently hired into a case management role without any experience whatsoever. However, I am in Texas and was hired by a major insurer that has been on a local hiring blitz.
