A file folder to keep a supply of blank forms and your other paperwork. Some kind of container to keep extra supplies in the trunk of your car. An extra set of clothing, including a pair of shoes, kept in a plastic bag in the trunk, for those messy situations where your clothing becomes unwearable. Your own steth. A BP cuff set that includes the different sizes, there is not always one provided in the home. A container for your lunches and "comfort" food you will be consuming during the day. If you do some reading in the hh forum you will find some threads that have very complete lists.
