I've been doing EC and ready to pay the enrollment fee but does it mean I'm obligated to EC
to finish out the program? What if I change my mind down the road. I don't want to be stuck
paying making payments on future courses? Thanks in advance for your input.:)

If you decide to quit EC, your financial obligation ends, unless you have obtained some outside loan or something. They stop sending you bills for the yearly admin fees when you quit. You don't pay for future exams. You are simply out all the money you have paid to that point.

It was summed up pretty well in the above post. I just wanted to mention that to discontinue you have to write them a letter and mail or fax it to the school for you to discontinue the program.
