Does anyone know what one can do with a degree in Health System Management besides working in a nursing home? And is there a good job outlook in this field?

Are you in the US? I'm not familiar with that degree. The most prevalent non-clinical, degree for US healthcare administrators is an MHA (masters in healthcare administration) - widely supported by the American College of Healthcare Executives; the 'powerhouse' organization for healthcare management in the USA.

Become a health system manager...?
I rather should've said Healthcare administration which is very closely related to healthcare management....except that management has more skills than administration. So yes, it's in the same boat as HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION.
So do you know or have any info on this field?
