So we had our hearts set on Florida. But turns out they pay poorly down there for RNs even with critical experience. I'm talking $25/hr down there. That's pitiful when cost of living is the same here in MN and we get about $31-$35/hr for the same experience. We just can't accept that.
So im looking for info on what states that have saltwater fishing and warm winters also pays well. California is not a option. We would consider Georgia or any other gulf state.
Thanks for the help.

You are paid in salt water fishing, warm winters and the gorgeous water on the gulf. Soon you would be asking for shift diff and PTO....... Just joking for those without an ounce of sarcastic bone in their body
And I would love every second. We are very disappointed at the thought of not moving to Florida.

Salt water fishing. Makes me wish I had a nice piece of grilled salmon for lunch.
Let me tell you how much we love it. For my wife's birthday I'm having fresh live sea scallops (harvested in less than 24 hours) flown into MN from main and fresh KeyLime pie (Maude less than 36 hour ago) flown up from Key Largo for her birthday. She is going to love it!
not a cheap endeavor. But I think it'll be a hit.
OMG! I love scallops too! And key lime pie!
