First semester RPN student here. So far I'm loving everything, and I can't wait for practicum! Grade-wise I'm doing good so far; my average is closer to 90%. That being said, I could see it dropping down to 80% or so as the content gets more difficult (along with the fact that I work 5 days a week..)
How competitive is the RPN --> BSCN bridge program? When I graduate, my plan is to work as an RPN for a couple of years before getting my bachelor's. Do I have a good chance of being accepted?

I'm a 4th semester student. I've heard it is very competitive and they want about an 85% plus. I was also told recently from people doing the program that you also have to write an admission essay for the Momac program...and the decision is based heavily upon the essay in addition to grades. I'm not sure about other bridging programs though.

Or you apply to Athabasca and do it distance for the course work and commute to Alberta for the placements.
