What was your gpa in when got into lpn school?

Published

I decided to go the LPN route a week ago because I am anxious to start making money, and my advisor told me the LPN program is less competitive. my GPA is SLOWLY coming up from my first few semesters in college, so I was wondering what everyone elses GPA was when they got accepted? My school works on a point system too, so hopefully by the time my prereqs are out of the way, I'll be accepted. I still have to take a&p 2, and finite math- actually I can apply without taking the math, but I'm GUESSING that a&p2 is a must. My GPA is a 2.9 right now-I know I know! all of you 4.0 people are laughing! I'm aiming for a 3.0 by end of next semester.

While maintaining an average to high GPA is great.........if your school goes by the lottery system don't sweat it. Leave enough room between the borderline though.

Good luck

Good luck to you, Priddyeyez.

No laughing here! I am working my butt off to obtain a 4.0 on the pre-reqs for my program. It is not an easy task to do. If anyone laughs about any GPA, then they aren't a very caring person, are they? (Maybe they need to look into being a...well, I'm not going there.) :chuckle

Like I said, good luck & I wish you all the best. :)
