Hello everyone
Im graduating as an undergraduate this May. I am desperate to get into a program starting this summer 2010 or fall 2010. My GPA is currently 2.9, but I am doing very well this year and should have it increase signifiantly.
Which programs should I apply to? I don't have a great gpa so I don't want to apply to schools where I don't even have much of a chance. I just wish I knew which schools I have a shot of getting into.
So please, if you happen to know tell me. Also, I dont even mind what kind of program whether its accelerated BSN, regular BSN, or direct entry masters.
Please let me know,
thank you,
Bill

Some schools have a min. GPA of 2.5 while most schools have min. GPA of 3.0

Your GPA will definitely be something that will hold you back. Alot of schools wont look at your cumulative GPA but only your GPA based on their pre reqs that you need to get into the program, which are usually science courses. If i were you I would choose a few schools to apply to and be sure your grades in their pre req classes are A's or B's.(maybe retake a few classes before applying). thats my best advice..good luck!
