What business utilizing my lvn licnese to work for myself is within my scope ..?...

i have a long list of years in healthcare and many on the job expieriences. mostly in physical therapy, but long story short, i went to a 4 year college to get my bsn after losing my home, property, and home care business from assisting my at that time neighbors infant (nithing to do with the business) who didn't survive after open heart surgery. she was only 7 mos old. i ended up in a nasty civil harassment law suit. as i said losing everything. i ran out of money a while back and have completed 3 years of college. i am 45 and work is getting exhausting for me. i have been unable to gather the energy and stamina to open another home care agency. so with this lvn i sit, lots of physical/occupational therapy, wound care experience, in sterile environment, rehab, acute care lots of years and tired of doing the grunt work. i am working my tail off but the pain i have from fibromyalgia is causing me quite the grief.

i am asking for ideas from anyone who might have some exciting ideas to adventure out on...... looking forward to hearing from you!!
