What is the best temporal thermometer

I'm a home health nurse in need of a sturdy, accurate temporal thermometer. Any suggestions?

I like the temporal one you can get at WalMart. Works great!

I like this one. It's pretty much instant and non-contact. The accuracy is the same as the tympanic thermometers.
