WGU MSN Leadership or MBA Healthcare Management

I am thinking about going back to get a master's degree. I am currently a clinical educator but ultimately I am interested in pursuing additional leadership roles. I am torn between WGUs MSN Leadership program and their MBA in Healthcare Management. Have you completed either of these programs? If so, how did you decide on that particular program? Did you like it? And how long did it take you to complete?
