Hi,
Does anybody work there, or has heard of the place I am considering a position in their ICU...
Any replies are welcome...

I worked there a little over 10 years as staff. Unfortunately the staff are super-overworked and the staff are constantly floated. When the census dips, you will eat up most of your PTO. Drs. get upset and bring their patients to other hospitals when they can.
I am grateful everyday being local agency and also a travel Nurse.
Thanks for your answer.. I was going to consider them after they sent me a post card with nice advertisement of course but no more!
Again thanks for the heads up.

Typical HCA set-up. The guy who recruits for them will lie a lot to get you to take the job. Don't go there!
If you're looking for a Broward County area hospital to work in, you're better off going with one of the North Broward Hospital District Hospitals (www.browardhealth.org) or the Memorial Healthcare Systems hospitals (www.mhs.net).
