Waiting 4 Months for Illinois License

Hey all,

I submitted my application for my Illinois nursing license endorsed by California on July 1st and it still hasn't been processed. I call them every other day now to ask if it's done yet and they just keep telling me to wait. Is there anything I can do or anyone else I can contact? Has this happened to anyone else?
