Wages in Nashville area

My wife and I are considering moving to the Nashville area and we are trying to figure out wages and houses to look at. I think we will be looking to move to Hendersonville. Anyway, in MN I work as an ER nurse at two different places and make about $36/hr. Just wondering what kind of a pay cut I would take in the Nashville area.
