I received this e-mail saying:

Thecertificate is acquired when passing the English and CGFNS exam and/or the Nclex RN Board exam. the visa screen certificate is needed when filing the I-485 during an Adjustment of Status for foreign nurses in the US BUT is NOT necessary for I-140 filing for consular processing (those nurses outside the US) but will be required during interview at the US embassy in Manila.
Thanks, Jon..that's what I know too. I think this agency is fooling me to make certain that I have Visa Screen before they petition me. Thanks God, I didn't sign the contract yet.

Geeez, I have received the same exact email from an agency....but just to let you know, I am not signing up with them. Thank God to all the information thats available here. :balloons: Cheers ya all!!!

The USCIS recently reversed it position regarding that VISASCREEN requirement for the AOS: Please read the Int'l forum.
