Northern VA LTC, AL, NH jobs

Hi,

I have been applying for hospital jobs with no luck. I have a few years of med-surg and school nurse experience, and have completed George Mason's Nursing Refresher course. I still am hoping for a hospital job, but realize I need to consider other options at this point. I am not familiar with the nursing homes in this area. Does anyone have any input on what are the better LTC, AL, Rehab, NH's in this area are to work for and which ones to avoid? I am hoping to find something in Prince William County, or Fairfax or Fredericksburg close to Prince William County.

I'm wondering the same thing. I am planning on moving to Northern Virginia in July, and am looking to work in LTC/SNF. Anyone have any feedback about which facilities might be looking to hire an experienced RN?
