Does anyone have any experience with the screening phone interview that Virginia Mason in Seattle does before passing along your information to the hiring manager? I haven't worked as a nurse yet but it's been about a year since I licensed (rough place to be, I know). I heard they ask clinical scenario questions and I'm feeling rusty! Any advice would be great! I'm just planning to review my NCLEX prep books as a refresher...thoughts? 0 Likes
