Veteran Affairs (VA) Case Management

Hello All,

Does anyone work in case mangement for the VA, handling community resources, or within any department in case mangement for the VA. Can you give you give me some insight on your workday, is it basically all telphonic or do you work with the clients in person as well. Can you please offer some pros/cons. Also during the pandemic how has the working conditins changed. I am thinking about making a career change to a case management position within the VA. Thank you for all your help!
