to those who had already submitted their renewal form, how did you answer section E? should i disregard q#2-5? since my answer is yes in q#1? btw, q#1 pertains to our college education right?

Since you entered "yes" in question #1 you do not need to answer questions #2-5.

Question #1 does pertain to your college education. I would enter the "school name " and add "-BSN program." (unless your program is different such as Advanced Nurse Practitioner)

If in doubt, write a letter covering all necessary angles. If they don't need it they'll throw it out. The Vermont nursing people are pretty mellow.
