Verifing my IN license by Illinois

I am in the process of obtaining my IL license. I've had my IN RN license for 4 years. How do you verify IN license? Do you just go through NURSYS? What about the IL form called CT-NUR? Do I send that to IN also? I thought maybe I could just verify IN license online via NURSYS? One more thing I promise. Since I downloaded my endorsement form from the website, how can I get a fingerprint card? I've tried calling the number listed but ALWAYS busy. Thank you for any info.:prdnrs:

Hi...I just filled out my app to license by exam. You can go to the IL department of professional regulation...http://www.idpr.gov

from there you can click on the RN profession, it takes you to the webpage where you can see the 7-9 page form to fill out. Then you fill out the form and send it in to the state for license by endorsement....try it!

Good luck with the state of Illinois. I sent in my endorsement application at the end of April and still am having trouble getting my license. I have never had any disciplinary action, nor any other problems getting my license endorsed. And to get a hold of anyone- forget it! I am tempted to contact the state representative for my area. I hope it goes more smoothly for you!
