Wondering if anyone else has had this concern:

I am currently applying to get my RN license endorsed in Oklahoma from Texas. On the endorsement application they have stated that I need to have my current HR department submit a Verification of Employment form to them directly.

My concern is, that I work for a small LTAC and I am concerned that my applying for an OK license will raise a red flag that I will be resigning. I am very concerned about backlash from administration for applying for my license in another state. Has anyone else had this concern? If so, how did you approach it? Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you for the advice!

My employment didn't need to be verified when I obtained an Oklahoma license by endorsement. I simply paid the fees, sent the licensure verification form to the Texas BON, and had an Oklahoma license within four weeks.
