Vanderbilt Pre-Specialty Applicants 2014

Hey everyone! I couldn't find this thread anywhere so figured that I would start one for all of us who applied to Vanderbilt's Pre-Specialty Entry program (for non-RNs) this fall. I applied for the PMHNP specialty. What about you?! :)

Hey, I applied for PMHNP too. I think we will hear back mid January about interviews,right?

I think so- based on last year's thread the PMHNP specialty applicants were interviewed in late Jan. By the way congratulations on your Yale interview mzaur (I noticed we both posted in that thread too)!

Thank you! I'm sorry to hear you didn't get in, but I wish you the best with your other applications. Where else did you apply? I sent apps to BC, Yale, Vanderbilt, MGH, and Seattle U.

I applied to the dual nmw/fnp program at vanderbilt. I applied a week late as I did not find the program until then. I am nervous about my chances because of the late app :/

Sure; it's for January 10th. I'm sure they're all gonna come out this week :)

I just received the email for an interview as well for PMHFNP. I'm a bit nervous it is scheduled for the 7th. Hopefully it will go smoothly :) Good luck to everyone. I just found this site it is nice to see follow applicants.

Congrats on getting the interview!

I looked through last year's thread, and people were getting interviews all through January into February, so if you didn't get an interview yet (like me), don't fret!
