Has anyone applied to Vanderbilt Hospital for the Winter 2025 NRP Cohort and heard anything? Thanks!

I did. Internal employees received offers as early as the end of July into the beginning of August. I chose NICU!

I'm hoping for the best for you! Keep us updated. I know a few people who wanted to interview w TICU but didn't even get an interview so congratulations on your progress thus far!

I emailed the manager and let her know I was interested, why I was interested, and that I wanted to shadow. I sent a follow up email as well.

No LOL nothing. I literally just scheduled my neuro ICU interview, so I'm a little confused on how the timing will go with offers.

Hi future co-workers, does this mean that we still may be considered for our other choices even if we did not get to have a Hiring Department Conversations?

For reference this is listed as the step AFTER we have had our HDC. I'm just trying to make sure I understand the process.

I was told I should here something back by the first week of September and if I haven't to call the recruiter

I had my interview with the PCARD unit Monday. They said they have interviews throughout the next week, and then will be making decisions. does anyone know anyone else who is applying to PCARD?

I guess I'm worried if there is a possibility where I have to accept an offer BEFORE I hear back about another unit.

I'm assuming no one knows, but is there a timeline of when we have to accept these offers if we get them?
