I received my AA at Valencia in 2001 and transferred to UCF where I graduated in 2004 with a major in psychology and minor in criminal justice. Now I am totally changing directions in my life and am looking into going back to school to be an RN. I am looking at Valencia's 2 year RN program. Does anyone have any reviews on valencia's RN program there? I have already done the 4-year BA degree in psychology and am not really looking to go back another 4 years before I can start working as an RN so is valencia's 2 year degree the right track to go? I will be 27 in a week and out of school for 4 years now. Also, how did everyone figure out being an RN was for them? Did it take you going through the schooling first? I'm trying to figure this all out.. any help would be appreciated or comments on valencia's RN program. Thank you!

I went to Valencia for an information session back in 2003 because I was thinking of applying there- so I would of had to move from miami to there.
IDK anything about the program.
but I know that at the time, they wanted you to have at least 6 credits earned from there before applying.
I know that they had a waiting list at the time.
but I mean, its a community college, you will be done in 2 years.
UCF has a program for students who have a bachelor's degree in something else. you could graduate in 2 years as well with your BSN. thats something to think about
