Valencia CC Summer/Fall 2016

Hey everyone,

I literally just took the TEAS test and applied to the VCC nursing program today. I meet all the requirements so I hope I will be accepted.. I have a few questions to ask..

For previous applicants/students: How long did you wait to hear back from them? How is the program overall and is there any advice you'd like to give? Anything will help. Do you know of any scholarships?

For current applicants: Good luck on your acceptances! I would like to know how many applied and what not.

About me:

I have a 3.23 GPA and 3.33 science GPA. I got a 74 on my TEAS. I am only 19 years old but am turning 20 soon.

Hey ! I applied in September 2015 and got the acceptance email on November 24th. I start in Summer 2016 (MAY). I have a 3.5 gpa and I got a 68 on the teas. I'm sure you'll do well !

I am so nervous. This is all I've really wanted to do, but now that it's so close i'm freaking out lol. i can't stop talking about it, even though its been like a week, I think my friends are getting tired of me already. :sarcastic:

I applied July 2015 and it took about 9 weeks to hear back! My GPA was 3.05 overall and 3.45 program GPA. I start this spring 2016! It's only a couple weeks away, and I am so nervous!

Hey everyone. I applied for spring 2016 for the concurrent program and it took them 8 weeks to get back to me. I'm currently in the program and it is the hardest thing that I've ever done in my life but it's doable! Good luck to you guys!

Paramedic90....are you starting the fast track at Valencia in May 2016? I got accepted last week to start May 9th...if so we should start a Facebook page..
