Vaccination Question

bpander bpander (New) New

I'm a design student currently working on a project to design a better device for administering vaccinations to kids. I really need to know what a typical volume of vaccine is used when immunizing children. How much vaccine is usually given in a shot?

For infants and small children it's 0.5 mL. For older children and adults it's 1 mL.

Flu vaccine dosage can be .25ml for infants (two doses needed at least one month apart).
