I'm just curious if all VAs are requiring the vaccine or mask. This is the first year my VA has done this. I haven't heard what the union has to say about it. Has there been any resistance at other VAs?

My VA just started requiring it as well. I have opted for the mask myself. At least we still have this choice for now.

My VA is requiring vaccine or mask, even in my department where we don't see patients. Patients enter our building by another door and we never see them.

It's a federal directive, so all facilities should be following it.
