I'm scheduled to take my boards on 10/11. I failed them the first time around at 265 questions on 8/17 with "near passing standard" on every category. I've been doing about 50-75 questions a day for uworld bc it takes me time to read the rationales. I'm wondering if you guys think this is sufficient. Starting to panic and wonder if I should push my date back. My uworld expires 10/4, next Tuesday. I'm wondering if I should extend it and aim to do more questions daily. Thank you

I used u-world and found it to be very helpful and the questions were more similar to the nclex than any other questions I encountered. How well are you doing on the u-world questions? If you are having trouble, I would extend your U-world. If you are doing well then you may be fine to test. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat. I failed on 9/13 and will do it again on 10/31 but don't wanna buy u-world until 10/1/16. I failed with 265 and nearly passing on all categories
One of my friends told me to focus less on my scores and more if my score was within 5% of the average score it shows you, its what she did. Thus far my scores have been in the 40s-50s but i am always 5% or less within the average score of that test. What were your scores like flipflop763? I feel much better about the exam this time around. In fact, i really just want to get it over with. I have my notes from previously, my flash cards and the study guide which has been floating around on allnurses.com. I plan to use those and continue to do 75-100 questions daily. I know many people who have had around 600 questions left, and didnt finish world and still passed. Im hoping to get down to that number, as it seems sufficient for others.
