UTMB Summer 2018

I just wanted to start a group for those applying to UTMB nursing summer 2018 start! I didn't see a thread and figured there was some of us who could use one!

I have already taken my teas and will be submitting my application soon! This would be a great place for us to compare timelines and answer any questions I'm sure we all have! I look forward to hearing from other applicants.

Getting concerned about the summer since everyone is hearing something back and I got waitlisted for Spring 2018.

What do you mean since everyone is hearing back? I was interviewed on the 30th as well and I haven't heard anything.

I've read in the past that they won't interview you twice, so I wouldn't get discouraged if I were you! :) they probably have your interview notes saved from the spring!

Thanks! I also would like to know how long is the wait if you were already interviewed in the past. 4-6 weeks is long when you basically finished everything.

Mystar just got updated with my in-progress classes. Hoping to hear something soon. I interviewed on 11/3/2017.

Mine just updated as well, and I also interviewed on 11/3/17. I am hoping this is a sign that we are going to be told something soon!

My MYSTAR is updated to a green check mark with "Admitted" next to it, and it shows I owe a $200 deposit! Anyone else?!

After you were interviewed did you see any change on your mystarr besides just getting accepted?

Did you get an email about it or anything? It is strange to hear on a Sunday.. I interviewed October 27th and haven't heard anything yet.

I interviewed Oct. 27. I checked a little over a week ago and my prerequisite courses I needed to finish were in my to do list. I read the other guys comments about what to look for and I just looked and that's what it showed, which is what he said it would show. I haven't gotten an email, today was just the first time I had enough time to check it since that last time and my to do list was different. So idk when it was actually changed within the last week or so.
