How did you get your login information for the financial aid portal? I faxed in the sheet that requests access, but haven't heard anything.

I haven't purchased any supplies yet. I assume that everything we need will be available to us at orientation. What kind of shoes do we need to get? I couldn't find that online. Also, do we only wear orange scrubs?

Nevermind...i found it. It wouldn't open on my computer, so I had to use my moms.

if i am accepted into the program i will be moving to galveston as well. i am frustrated because i want to start making plans about where to live, possible roommates etc. but i am worried i will jinx myself. i feel like the disappointment/embarrassment of not getting in would be worse if i went ahead and made a bunch of plans!! but i always get things done way ahead of time! this last minute stuff is getting to me a little.

i think i am just really excited and this wait is messing with my nerves- so i am thinking of things to worry about!

anyone feel the same?

OK I interviewed last Friday for Generic and yesterday I got an email that I need to send my transcripts again! So I did, but that is the only contact I have gotten so far! :eek:If i get in and anyone's looking to live in Clear Lake I have a house here. My mom pays my rent (I'm 20).

Sarah_Ashley, I read on the website that we need all white non porous shoes. I know Nike shox makes some white leather ones and I went to try them on and they arebery comfortable. I read a lot of nurses really like them because they are extra squishy! Where are you going to live? I am going this weekend to look at places. I'm either looking at league city/ clear lake area or close to medcenter since we will be doing a lot of our clinicals there. I don't really want to deal with traffic on the days we have clinical.

I didn't answer at first cause the call showed as UNKNOWN....but I read your post kgoodson and decided to answer the second time they called! Thanks for the heads up!

I normally work from home, but had to go into the office this week..so I was on the road when she called and ...crying like a baby!
