Utilization Review CM RN can't get a remote job?

Hello, 

I have been a nurse for 9 years, 4 of those years in hospital Utilization Review and CM. I also have a BSN. I have been applying to remote jobs for 4 months, around 85 jobs. I don't hear back from many or if I do they email me saying they have not selected me. Please give me some advice ?!
