Hi! I am starting this program at Utica college's online second degree nursing program this January 2014. I just wanted to know if anyone else is also in this upcoming cohort as well. Relocating is quite stressful and I wanted to know if anyone knows anything about the area in liverpool where the program site is located at. And does one need a car to get around to the clinical sites and if you would know if any local bus transportation woulde and be around the liverpool program site as well as the clinical sites. I really don't want to get a car. Please any insight would help or heads up would help. Thank you!!

You'll definitely need a car. The school site is in Liverpool so you'll need to get there from your apt and then get to clinical sites like the Syracuse hospitals or plan to take the bus but that will be a 2 hr trip bc you'll have to switch buses downtown. Also, they have clinical a at a Utica hospital too.

I'm thinking about using amtrak. Extra study time. Score! Lol
